Sunday, October 23rd to savor an autumn evening with candlelight, good company and even better food. Chef Krista Maloney, will craft a 3-course meal that honors the harvest season and locally-sourced ingredients from some of our favorite Massachusetts farmers.

Let us set a table full of ambiance and good eats, and host you at our wild, unruly, yet special little flower farm and floral design studio here in West Brookfield.

It wouldn’t be late October without some spooky flair so plan for big bonfires and a few curiosities too.

4:30 - 5:30pm Casual arrival & hors d'oeuvres

5:30pm 1st Course served

7:30pm Depart or stay for s’mores by the fire

Warmth or a biting breeze, rain or shine, uneven terrain and all. This experience is for those who appreciate the outdoors and all the variables nature lends. This event is an ode to Autumn for hearty New Englanders . Plan to dress comfortably and casually as there will be no refunds due to weather.

Locally crafted refreshments included in ticket price.

Menu:

Krista’s menu will be developed based on when is best available from our local farmers but will be easily adaptable for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free diets. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies please make them known when purchasing tickets and we will do our best to accommodate.

Chef Krista Maloney

Krista Maloney is the chef, artist and visionary behind Sweet Pea’s Catering. From her early years planning culinary events and cooking for celebrities in Western Connecticut and New York to her more recent years catering weddings and specialty events in and around her home-base of Medway, MA, Krista has honed her menus and presentation to elevate each unique experience for all who dine at her table.

Krista is passionate about supporting local agriculture and sourcing the best of the best from what each season has to offer. We’ve had the opportunity to work with her on a number of off-farm events and can’t wait to see her culinary genius influenced by our small flower farm.
