À La Carte Pricing

Our à la carte option is best for individuals who:

  • Want to support local agriculture with in-season, locally, sourced blooms.

  • Love Bell Brook’s style and trust our designers to create unique arrangements based on seasonality within a selected general color palette of either “Neutral” (greens, white, creamy neutral tones), “Bright” (wildflower inspired tones across the color wheel), “Pastel” (soft lavender, blush and/or honey tones). If you have many specific design preferences, this option may not be best for you!

  • Want to help us limit wastefulness in the industry by choosing to rent from our beautiful collections. All hard goods (vases, baskets, votives, misc. glassware) are rentals and must be returned through selection of our pickup service or to the farm within 2 weeks of the event date to avoid additional charges. The rental fee is included in the price below and additional fees are only incurred and billed if items are not returned.

  • Do not need our full-service design offerings which include consultations, collaboration with vendor teams, a customized design proposal, and extensive setups by our on-site design and installation team.

Delivery/Post-event Pick Up by our team is available within 90 minutes of West Brookfield, MA for an additional fee. Orders may also be picked up at our farm on the morning of your event. Rentals may be returned within 2 weeks of the event date. All pricing excludes state sales tax, delivery and pickup fees.

    Not sure what to choose? Set up a consultation call with us. Consultation calls have a fee of $45.00 and generally run for 30-60 minutes and will be applied towards your deposit when booking.   2. We’ll send you an itemized quote within 7 days and keep a courtesy hold on your wedding date for 10 days. You can request adjustments within that time.

  3. When you are ready to book you’ll pay a 15% deposit. Additions and adjustments may be requested up to 30 days prior to your event so long as they meet or exceed the spend amount outlined on your original signed proposal. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. We’ll check in to review final details and delivery or farm pickup logistics before the final payment is made.

  4. We’ll grow, harvest, curate, source, forage, and design to honor your celebration!

Glass Bud Vases $18ea

Assorted heavy glass bottle bud vases filled with delicate stems of blooms and foliage. Recommend 1 for cocktail tables, sets of 3 for 5' round dining tables, and 5-7 per 8' rectangle dining table.

Ceramic Bud Vases $20ea

Assorted sandy white ceramic bud vases filled with delicate stems of blooms and foliage. Recommend 1 for cocktail tables, sets of 3 for 5’ round dining tables, and 5-7 per 8' rectangle dining table.

Mini Arrangement $45

The sweetest little glass cups filled with seasonal blooms and foliage. Perfect for a small cocktail table, bathroom, or clustered in sets on rectangle table (recommend 3-4 for an 8' rectangle table). Also sweet mixed in with glass bud vases to span the length of rectangle tables.

Petite Centerpiece $75

A scaled arrangement from our signature centerpiece that can still hold its own on a 5' round table. Recommend a set of 3 if placing on rectangle tables or 1-2 with bud vase collections to span the length.

Signature Centerpiece $135

Our signature centerpiece for round guest tables packed with substance and whimsy but not too large to block conversation across the table.

Long Centerpiece $150

A narrow long 12” glass trough filled with ethereal stems of blooms and foliage to create a gardenscape arrangement that dances down the center of your table. Recommend 2 per 8’ table or one centered with collections of bud vases on either side.

Statement Arrangement

A tall, rambling focal arrangement with plenty of whimsy and presence. Perfect for a welcome, gift or escort card table, or as a statement bar piece.

Farm Grown Flowers in Bulk for DIY Arrangements

Bulk flowers are a great option for you IF you are interested in designing your own arrangements with locally grown blooms AND:

  • You are flexible about style and color. Flower varieties and colors will vary by week. If you are ordering additional items, we will choose bulk stems that complement the designs we are creating for you and the general color palette chosen for the event.

  • You have the supplies, time, and space to store your flowers and create your designs ~24 hours before your event.

  • You are able to pick up your order at the farm in West Brookfield ~36-48 hours before your event. Bulk Flowers are not available for delivery.

  • You do not need any design guidance.

Buckets contain approximately 80 stems with a mix of foliage, focal flowers, and accent flowers. This amount will fill 8-10 pint-sized canning jars depending on how full you prefer your design.

Dried Flower Confetti $20/bag

Dried flower petals and herbs made here on the farm in your chosen color palette. Sold in bulk bags (you fill your own toss cones or envelopes). Each bag contains enough for 10 guests.
